Friday 9th September - First week back!

Wow, what a wonderful first week it has been. The children have enjoyed exploring their new classroom (especially our small world post office!) and learning with their peers. We wrote about ourselves, posed for a photo and put it all together to create a wonderful 'we are all unique' display. The children WOWed me with their fantastic phonics knowledge and we are excited to get back into our daily phonics sessions next week. The children also enjoyed their active start to the day which included Cosmic Yoga, Jo Wicks fitness, maths songs and nursery rhymes; children come back to class ready to start their learning, and importantly, with a big smile on their face! Thank you to all the parents who have said 'hello' to me this week, it has been lovely to meet you!
