Year 3 - 28.3.24

Date: 28th Mar 2024 @ 3:52pm

A busy term has come to an end. Well done to all our children in Year 3 this term who have worked so hard and achieved so much!

It has been a busy final week with us finishing off our writing assessments. Learning about how the Romans changed Britain for the better (I'm sure they can tell you some amazing facts) and we finished our first part of fractions whilst moving into mass and capacity.
Not to mention we dug up five flower beds, which were full of weeds! We have planted potatoes, carrots, courgettes, sunflowers and wild flowers. Hopefully we will see some progress on our return to school. It was a fantastic team effort and teamwork was definitely on display!

Also, credit to all of  our children who took part in Break the Rules Day, they all looked superb. As well as the Easter egg competition, there were some egg-cellent ideas.

From all the Year 3 team, we hope you have a lovely half term and join us again for an even better summer term. (Hopefully with some nicer weather!)
