Year 3 - 30.09.22

Another week over! I can happily say that the children enjoyed making their Stone Age stew on Thursday with Mrs Taylor, the smells coming from those pots could be smelt throughout the school. We have divided deeper into our maths this week, looking at the place value of numbers in our hundreds, tens and ones and I have seen a real improvement from all children in their Xtables scores (well done Year 3!). We have started our word ladder in Literacy, but we are struggling to decide on whether we like enormous, gigantic of massive more, perhaps Chief Clarke can decide? 

Finally, well done to all those who presented to the class this week. With a special congratulations to Abbie and Peter who will represent Year 3 on the School Council this year and to Toby and Maisie who will be our Sports Leaders.
