We have had a great start to the new half term. In literacy, we have been imagining what might be in 'The Place Between' as our new text, 'Leon and The Place Between', has made us curious about where a mysterious door might lead. The children have made some incredible noun phrases to describe their ideas, such as: enchanted, golden stars; a red, velvety carpet; a sinister alleyway. 

In Maths we've been working on some tricky subtraction question and in science, we carried out an investigation about the viscosity of liquids! We'll need a rest after all that! Be careful this bonfire night and enjoy the celebration safely.
