Year 5 - 22.3.24

Date: 22nd Mar 2024 @ 2:31pm

Hello again everyone!

Sorry for missing our blog last week, but we were so busy that we couldn't fit in time to write it all together!

This week has been fantastic! On Monday, we started our wire sculpting in the afternoon to do with plastic pollution. It was harder than expected because the wires were quite tricky to bend. However, we did all manage to make a good start on our sculptures and are looking forward to doing them again on Monday.

Our most exciting news is that the last couple of days have been spent on our bridge building in DT. We have used the hacksaws to cut the wood to our measurements and used the glue guns to stick them all together. By the end of the two days, we have created our very own wooden bridges and we can't wait to test them next week.

Hope you have a lovely weekend,
