Year 5 - 8.3.24

Hi,

We have had a fantastic couple of weeks in Year 5, full of interesting things! We are super excited to start creating our bridges in DT after planning and creating prototypes of them. In art, we are also looking forward to our wire sculpting project - we will be needing some wire cutters and pliers for this so if you have any spares, please let us know! In PE, we have focused on orienteering where we learnt how to use a compass and how to orientate our maps effectively. We explored our school grounds to find hidden codes marked by clues and our maps.
